The InteliMains 1010 Marine is a marine breaker controller for managing and optimising onboard AC and DC power management systems. Setting a new standard in the marine industry, the InteliMains 1010 Marine can control and monitor different application breakers in real time and manage their cooperation with energy sources controllers based on different requirements. The controller has pre-programmed applications and compatibility with Modbus devices, which ensures quick integration and easy commissioning of marine projects.

Full microgrid converter control including pre-charge circuits, safe DC breaker switching and energizing DC bus
Support of intercontroller communication with other breakers or energy sources via CAN FD
Cyber security compliance according to newest requirements
Compliance with international grid codes for energy export to the land-based grid

Compliant with international grid codes: European EN 50549, including national implementations as VDE-AR-N 4110:2018, VDE-AR-N 4105:2019, G99, TOR, American IEEE 1547 and others.

Extended Feature - CAN2 bus redundancy

The CAN bus redundancy extended feature unlocks built-in inter-controller bus redundancy of our new generation high-end controllers. It ensures that a redundant CAN line will be created and take over in case of CAN failure.

Extended Feature - Modbus client

Providing direct access to the Modbus Client (primary) functionality, this extended feature eliminates the need for an external gateway for the controller to communicate with different devices. With this built-in capability, the controller can seamlessly take on the role of the initiator in Modbus TCP/RTU communication. This enables efficiently requesting and issuing commands to 3rd party devices, which operate as Modbus Servers.
