The InteliMains 1010 Marine is a marine breaker controller for managing and optimising onboard AC and DC power management systems. Setting a new standard in the marine industry, the InteliMains 1010 Marine can control and monitor different application breakers in real time and manage their cooperation with energy sources controllers based on different requirements. The controller has pre-programmed applications and compatibility with Modbus devices, which ensures quick integration and easy commissioning of marine projects.

The InteliMains 1000 Marne offers:

  • Full converter control including pre-charge circuits, safe DC breaker switching and energising DC bus from AC bus
  • Advanced battery handling function for controllable charging / discharging , battery monitoring and communication with BMS and converter via Modbus protocol or hardwired signals
  • Compatible kW/kVAr sharing and power management with other ComAp solutions
  • Onboard Modbus Client for RTU/TCP communications to converters, or other devices
  • New CAN FD inter-controller communication standard enabling cooperation with up to 64 controllers such as energy sources, other bus tie breakers, Microgrid breakers or other shore connection
  • Hot-swap redundancy enabling a redundant unit to take over in case the primary controller fails, helping to minimise solution downtime*
  • CAN bus redundancy ensuring that a redundant CAN line be created and take over in case of CAN failure*
  • Built-in PLC interpreter via ComAp's free PLC Editor
