This a a comprehensive training focused on advanced features and configuration of Paralleling Genset Controllers during the first two days, including load sharing, synchronization, power management, system optimization, and troubleshooting of complex power generation applications. The following two days are dedicated to marine applications, covering the InteliDrive 700 Marine, InteliMains Marine, and InteliGen 1000 Marine controllers, their configuration, communication, commissioning procedures, and integration within marine power and propulsion systems. Practical exercises and real-life application examples are included throughout the course.

After successfully completing this trainig session, participants will receive ComAp certificates of completion for the course. ComAp certificates are provided at all training locations worldwide, and we ansure that knowledge and expertise remain at the same level.

DAY 1
09:00 - 12:00 Single genset applications & controllers overview
Fundamentals of single and paralelling gen-set controller applications, covering controller types, basic applications, and extention units.omAp technical support and website introduction, general overview of applications, documentation, controllers and possibilities of extending their functionality.
12:00 - 12:45 Lunch break
12:45 - 16:00 Configuration
Detailed introduction of the configuration tool InteliConfig together with a gen-set simulator. It features hands-on exercises for firmware upgrades, protection settings, and troubleshooting, enabling participants to effectively set up and manage advanced controller functions in real-world applications.

DAY 2
09:00 - 12:15 Configuration - PLC
PLC logic, extension and communication modules, sensor configuration, supported communication protocols and settings. Communication with ECUs and 3rd party systems, email notifications, AirGate, 4G and Ethernet connection.
12:15 - 13:00 Lunch break
13:00 - 16:30 Communications
This part provides communication options for gen-set controllers and in-depth overview of communication interfaces, cybersecurity practices, and remote connectivity for ComAp controllers, including integration with third party systems. It includes hands-on exercises for Modbus TCP configuration, troubleshooting communication issues, and managing control cunctions such as engine start/stop and alarm monitoring.
   
DAY 3
09:00 - 10:30 WebSupervisor
Introduction of WebSupervisor, ComAp's cloud-based remote monitoring platform, detailing its features for device management, data logging, security, and user collaboration. 
10:30 - 12:00 Commissioning I.
Commissioning process preparation and typical obstacle expectations. It emphasizes practical procedures, troubleshooting common issues, and best practices for safe and efficient commissioning in both single and multi-controller applications.
12:00 - 12:45  Lunch break
12:45 - 15:45 Commissioning II.
Commissioning process preparation and typical obstacle expectations. It emphasizes practical procedures, troubleshooting common issues, and best practices for safe and efficient commissioning in both single and multi-controller applications.
