The Paralleling Gen-set Controllers training takes a comprehensive approach, addressing complex configurations involving multiple generators in island or parallel operation. This program caters to participants at all stages of their professional journey, and it focuses on paralleling gen-set controllers including InteliGen 4 200, InteliGen 500 G2 and InteliGen 1000. 

After successfully completing this training session, participants will receive ComAp certificates of completion for the course. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } ComAp certificates are provided at all training locations worldwide, and we ensure that knowledge and expertise remain at the same level.

The Single and Paralleling Gen-set Controllers Training sessions can be combined. The Paralleling Gen-set training always comes after the completion of the Single Gen-set training. 

We advise all participants to complete the Single Gen-set Controllers Training prior to enrolling in this program.

DAY 1
09:00 - 11:45 Paralleling genset applications & controllers overview
A comprehensive overview of paralleling gen-set controllers and their applications, highlighing key controller features. It includes practical case studies and guidance on selectiong, cofiguring, and deploying controllers for diverse scenarios, from hospital and factories to data centres and microgrids.
11:45 - 12:30  Lunch break
12:30 - 15:45 Configuration
Detail introduction of a configuration tool InteliConfig and its practical usage. It features hands-on exercises for firmware upgrades, sensor configuration, PLC logic, protection settings, and troubleshooting, enabling participants to effectively set up and manage advanced controller functions in real-world applications.

DAY 2
09:00 - 12:00 Communications
This part provides an in-depth overview of communication interfaces, cybersecurity practices, and remote connectivity for ComAp controllers, including integration with third party systems. It includes hands-on exercises for Modbus TCP configuration, troubleshooting communication issues, and managing control cunctions such as engine start/stop and alarm monitoring.

12:45 - 15:15 Commissioning
Final presentation guides participants through the commissioning process of paralleling gen-set controllers, covering key steps such as wiring, configuration upload, control loop setup, synchronization, and basics of power management. It emphasizes practical procedures, troubleshooting common issues, and best practices for safe and efficient commissioning in both single and multi-controller applications.
