CEO´s COVID-19 Update

Dear ComAp Partners,
 

As the situation concerning the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak changes quickly around the world, we would like to update you on our staff availability and our supply chain. We are monitoring the developments on a daily basis, and follow the recommendations of the WHO and the relevant local authorities. 

One of our priorities is the health and wellbeing of our staff, our customers and partners, and we are proactively taking actions to ensure their safety (home offices, if possible, online or call meetings).
 
Due to the restriction of some components coming out of China earlier this year, there were some restrictions on certain parts of our products. However, component supplies coming out of China have returned to almost usual standards, and our manufacturing facilities are all functioning at capacity again.
 
Therefore, we can assure you that all product deliveries are being processed on time. Our Sales Support and Warehouse/Logistics departments are still fully operational, and all orders are being processed and shipped as usual. However, you may encounter some delays in receiving orders due to restrictions outside of our control. Therefore, we encourage you to make your orders with a little more time allowance.
